Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call Eye Wares at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another patient. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $50.00 missed appointment fee. No-shows will also incur a $50.00 fee. This fee is the patient’s responsibility and cannot be billed to insurance.
