How to Schedule an Appointment
Scheduling your appointment is easy!
- Select Location. First, select either the Mandeville or Metairie Eye Wares location.
- Select Exam Type. Select which service you require for your visit. You can let us know if you are a new patient, an existing patient, in need of a medical visit, evaluation, or contact lens fitting.
- Select Doctor. Choose either Dr. Lauren Agnew or Dr. Lauren Griffin to be your specialist. (Or you can request Any Available Doctor.)
- Select Date and Time. Finally, select the date and time most convenient for you!
- Fill in Your Information. Save time by filling in the convenient form to submit your personal and insurance information before the appointment!
Once you complete these steps, you will receive an email confirming your appointment details.
